Last saturday, June 25th, and after the firecrackers of the previous nights, I planned to do the Les Tarteres route, in Cunit. I went out at about 6:00 P.M., as the day was really hot. It was plenty of passerines (goldfinch, greenfinch and serins) in the pines in front of urbanizations, and in the route I saw at least 5 different rabbits, a little owl, and several other species, although they were not very abundant. Probably they were in the shadows, avoiding heat.
